RETURNS

We do accept returns on items bought online up to 14 days of receipt. Return items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all tags in place. If you wish to return an item, simply send us an email with your intention and the transaction number. Then fill out the return form and send it back.

However, we do not accept returns on earrings, sample sales and clearance items.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

At the moment we only ship to the UK and the EU.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We are constantly endeavouring to bring you the easiest and most enjoyable shopping experiences. At the moment we accept all our online payments via PayPal and we accept cash and card payments in store.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you wish to return an item, simply send us an email with your intention and the transaction number. Then fill out the return form and send it back with the item unworn and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receiving the item. 

What is your returns policy?

 

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Return items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with return tags in place. However, we do not accept returns on earrings, clearance and sample items.

How do I track my order?

 

When we dispatch your order you will get a confirmation with a tracking number and/or link to keep you in the loop where your parcel is at all times.

 

What can't I return?

Earrings can't be returned for reasons of hygiene. Also clearance and sample items are non-returnable but this will also be stated when purchasing.

What are your delivery options?

 

At the moment, we use the following services but are always working to give you the best options.

  • Royal Mail 

  • DPD
